Maria has been involved with careers, vocational education and SEND for over twenty years. She has worked with students across Birminham, Warwickshire, and now Banbury developing a wide range of educational and employer contacts to suit different abilities and pathway choices. She follows and promotes life-long learning and growth mindset. Maria completed her Level 7 Career Leaders qualification at Warwick University and continues to attend professional development courses that in turn support our students.

 

Maria believes in opening doors and developing opportunities, raising aspirations and giving young people the tools to go out into the world with conidence, ambition, and determination that will enable them to live their best lives

Claire regular meets with our year 11s at NOA for 1:1s providing impartial personal careers advice and guidance.  Claire is a registered Career Guidance Coach and runs Career Conversations.  She also works with some small group year 9 sessions and 1:1 for targeted year 10 students.

Like Claire, Antonio meets with our year 11s at NOA for 1:1s providing impartial personal careers advice and guidance.  Antonio works for Adviza, a company that has delivered careers guidance across Oxfordshire since 2001.  He also works with some small group year 9 sessions and 1:1 for targeted year 10 students.
