ParentPay is the online system used to add money to your child’s lunch account.

Login details have been emailed to all Year 7 families. If you have not received your login details, or if you experience any difficulties accessing your ParentPay account, please contact Reception for support or visit the ParentPay Help for Parents support site for further guidance.

Arbor is our online system that allows parents and carers to keep up to date with key information about their child’s school life.

Through your child’s Arbor profile, you can view their timetable, attendance information, and positive and negative behaviour points recorded by teachers. Arbor also provides useful features, including in-app messaging, helping you stay informed and connected with the school.

Arbor can be accessed online via the website or through the Arbor Parent App.

EVOLVE is our online system for managing school trips, events and activities, as well as a range of school payments and purchases.

Parents and carers may use EVOLVE to provide consent and make payments for school trips and events. It can also be used to make other purchases, such as lockers, revision guides and selected school items.

When your child is involved in a trip or event, you may receive information through EVOLVE outlining the details and any actions, consent or payments required.

Please ensure that you read any information sent to you carefully and complete any required actions by the stated deadline.

Students are not permitted to wear their coats inside the Academy. Lockers are available to buy on Arbor’s school shop (this can be found under the ‘Quick Actions’). The charge for a locker is £16.50 per annum. Once purchased, the student will need to attend student services during their lunch break to receive their locker number and locker code.
