How to report an absence

Children should arrive at school by 8:40am each morning.
If your child is going to be absent or late for any reason, including a doctor or dentist appointment, parents and carers should contact the school as soon as possible. Where applicable, please provide an appointment card or other evidence of the appointment.
The school has a dedicated telephone line for reporting absences and lateness. Please use this line when notifying us.
Please note that Reception is unable to deal with absence-related calls. If you contact Reception regarding attendance, you will be transferred to the Attendance Team.
