ParentPay is used to add money to your child's school lunch account.
Login details are emailed to parents and carers of new Year 7 students as part of the academy's annual intake process.
For students joining North Oxfordshire Academy during the school year through in-year admissions, ParentPay login details can be requested from Reception.
If you need assistance accessing your ParentPay account, please contact Reception or visit the ParentPay Help for Parents support site for further guidance.
Arbor is our online system that allows parents and carers to keep up to date with key information about their child’s school life.
Through your child’s Arbor profile, you can view their timetable, attendance information, and positive and negative behaviour points recorded by teachers. Arbor also provides useful features, including in-app messaging, helping you stay informed and connected with the school.
Arbor can be accessed online via the website or through the Arbor Parent App.
North Oxfordshire Academy uses EVOLVE to manage school trips, activities and certain school purchases.
When parents and carers need to provide consent, make a payment or complete a purchase, the academy will email the relevant EVOLVE link and instructions.
You do not need a separate EVOLVE login. Simply follow the link provided in the academy's email.
If you have any questions about an EVOLVE request, please contact the academy.
Lockers are available for students at North Oxfordshire Academy at a cost of £16.50 per academic year.
Parents and carers can purchase a locker through the EVOLVE school shop, using the link provided by the academy.
Once purchased, students should visit Student Services to collect their locker number and code.
UCAS cover everything from personal statements to student finance, apprenticeships, accommodation, and results day advice so you can feel well-informed, whatever your child decides are their next steps after school.
Parents and carers play an important role in helping young people make decisions about their future. We provide information and resources to help families understand the different education, training and career pathways available and support students with their next steps.
Our careers programme supports students throughout Years 7–13, including careers education, guidance, employer encounters and preparation for further education, apprenticeships, university and employment.
These resources can help parents and carers explore career pathways with their child and understand the opportunities available after school and sixth form.
