Sixth Form Tutors

Each year group has its own experienced set of tutors that are led by heads of year to develop students’ emotional wellbeing and boost their skills in a range of activities, which include; debating, planning events, mentoring and lesson support. Tutors are the first point of call for teachers if they wish to discuss any concerns and work with Emma to ensure students are meeting deadlines.

Committees and panels

Students are encouraged to share their experiences and we value student feedback. Our social committee work with the sixth form team and student body to develop events that will raise money for local charities and take the lead in arranging our end of year social for the Year 13.

The behaviour panel gives students the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and they mentor lower year students who may need extra support with managing their behaviour and making the right choices.
